PocketAnalyst is operated by Nisquare Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16294648). By using PocketAnalyst you agree to these terms.

PocketAnalyst provides general market information and commentary only. It does not provide personal investment advice, arrange investments, or manage money. Nothing on PocketAnalyst should be construed as a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment.

Always seek independent financial advice from a qualified adviser before making any investment decision. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

All market data is sourced from third-party providers (including yfinance and Financial Modeling Prep) and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always verify information independently.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use PocketAnalyst.
• You must be a UK resident or accessing the service lawfully from your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for ensuring use of the service complies with your local laws.

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in link secure and not sharing access.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts on behalf of others.
• You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@pocketanalyst.co.uk.

When you upload a CSV export from your broker:

• You confirm the data belongs to you or you have permission to upload it.
• We store a snapshot of your holdings to provide portfolio intelligence features.
• We never request or store your broker login credentials.
• You can delete your portfolio data at any time from within the app.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to scrape, aggregate or republish market data at scale.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate any part of the service.
• Share your account or resell access to the service.
• Use the service in any way that could harm Nisquare Ltd or other users.

• New accounts receive a 14-day trial with full access. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• After the trial, the account reverts to the Free tier unless you subscribe.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
• Prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

All content, software, design and brand elements of PocketAnalyst are owned by Nisquare Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

Market data is sourced under licence from third-party providers and remains their property.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Nisquare Ltd is not liable for:

• Any investment losses arising from use of PocketAnalyst.
• Inaccurate, delayed or missing market data.
• Service interruptions or data loss.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the service at any time with reasonable notice. If we terminate the service, we will refund any unused prepaid subscription fees.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
